Q: How can I know if XINGTE machine can produce my product precisely?
A: For high-precision output requests, please send a check gauge or parts that these outputs will fit. We will set parts for you to fit them, or we can send samples for you to measure.
Q: Is the machine tested before shipment?
A: We conduct comprehensive testing including: wire feeding accuracy test, 360 hours continuous running-in test, and machine adjustment test according to customer's products.
Q: How can I get training if I have no experience with machines?
A: We provide a manual book with the machine and can send instructional videos to demonstrate machine operation if you have questions.
Q: Can the controller be set to the customer's language?
A: Yes, we can set two languages in the controller. We can set the language you request and will need your assistance with some key translations to load into the controller.
Q: What's the purchase process?
