Product Overview

The XT-601SD is specifically created for winding large-diameter wire and coils. This stand-alone system offers complete automation in winding self-supporting air coils with the use of thermoplastic adhesive coated wire. The wire is heated by a hot air supply during the winding process and the turns are secured together by the adhesive. Once finished, the coil is taken out of the tooling and automatically ejected from the machine.
