The XT-02D High Distribution Precision Dual Station Needle Winding Machine is designed for inverter brushless motor manufacturing. Utilizing double-station needle winding technology, this machine is primarily used for multi-pole stator winding applications.

Features include manual feeding, automatic clamping die, multiple taps (screen setting), wire clamping, and wire cutting during the winding process. Each action cycle wraps 2 stators simultaneously, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.

Operation is controlled through a user-friendly interface with PLC, display, and servo motor control for safe and reliable performance.
